Beth Point is a Clinical Intern at Riaz Counseling, supporting clients with depression, anxiety, grief, trauma and PTSD, relationship challenges, family conflict, chronic illness, substance use concerns, and life transitions. Beth’s primary areas of focus include depression, anxiety, and grief, while also working with individuals experiencing mood disorders, psychosis, and thinking disorders. Beth provides individual, couples, family, and group therapy services for teens (13–19), adults (20–64), and older adults (65+), offering affirming care for LGBTQ+, bisexual, lesbian, and heterosexual clients. Drawing from evidence-based approaches including Adlerian Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Strength-Based Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Therapy, Beth creates a culturally sensitive and supportive environment that promotes healing, resilience, and personal growth.
